Hi guys!
I decided to put this post together for one reason and that is, we are all so busy these days. Whether you are a mum or just juggling all the different aspects of life, we all still want to look good while doing it.
Since becoming a mum, I finally realised how time consuming it is while getting ready with this little person. She's always around me playing or most of the time up to no good like rearranging my drawers, putting things down the toilet or worse, trying to eat my favourite lipstick.
I literally need eyes in the back of my head and I only have one, so hats off to all you lovely mommies with more than one.
So this post is all about my top 5 essential fashion items for us busy mummies.

1: Leather Biker Jacket. This will make you look put together even if your not, if you know what I mean. The biker look jackets go with everything, they are easy to wear, comfortable and oh so stylish. The most simple outfit will look that much better styled with one of these. 2: Jeans. Skinny jeans are my favourite and 5 days out of the 7, that's what I'm in. It's good to get a great quality stretchy pair that are comfortable and unrestricted while wearing them and you are good to go. My favourites are the "molly" fit from RI but here are a few other options too.

3: Cross Body Bag. Gone are the days where I have these gorgeous handbags that I can carry in my hand along with a good take away coffee. Now I need two hands free at all time because I'm either carrying my little girl or her toys or literally juggling 100 things all at once. So this style handbag is perfect, and with so many different styles in the shops, you will not be short of choice.

4: Fashion Trainers. Thank goodness they are in fashion at the moment and there is an endless list of fabulous choice. They are super comfortable, practical for a busy life style running after your little ones and what's better than looking good while doing it.

5: Sunglasses. Ok so this might sound strange and this is only my tip but I think sunglasses are an essential item in our bags. They hide a multitude of issues like no make up, on days where you are just too short on time, throw on a pair of sunnies and you are good to go. Sleepless nights? Under eye bags? Sunglasses are the answer. I know Ireland isn't the sunniest of places but for me, especially while driving, even when there is no sun, I feel like it can still be very bright. I do have very sensitive eyes so maybe that's where my need for this accessory comes from but I can't leave the house with out a pair. Obviously if it's a full blown storm outside you don't want to be looking strange with a pair of sunnies on but they do come in handy on the brighter days. Here are few of my faves.

YMS TIP: Choose your colours wisely, more neutral tones will go with more items and that way you have a bigger variety of outfit choices. Greys, blacks and denim are my favourites.
